Pet of the Week – Meet Karl!

Karl!  You have to say Karl! With a ! Because he is such a fun dog!  Karl is a 7-8 year old Lab/Catahoula Leopard hound mix who was brought to the shelter as a stray about a month ago.  We cannot figure out why no one came to claim him! 

He is a happy go lucky, charming guy who could fit in to just about any family.  He is extremely, well mannered and well trained.  He loves to show off his cool tricks and will do anything for a tasty treat!  Karl knows how to “sit pretty” “dance” and “speak” in addition to his basic manners. 

Karl has great leash manners, likes other dogs and cats and he thinks kids are pretty cool too.  His perfect family would let him hang out on a comfy couch all day with a rawhide to chew on, that is his bliss.  He is very low maintenance and is ready to be busted out of the shelter and find more comfortable accommodations.  Can your couch be his couch?
